By using FollowChannels you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What FollowChannels is

FollowChannels is an independent directory of public WhatsApp Channels. Not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. We do not run, control or endorse the channels listed, and following a channel happens on WhatsApp, not here.

Submitting a channel

You may submit a public WhatsApp Channel. Submissions are reviewed by a person before they appear, and we may reject or remove any listing at our discretion — for example if it is misleading, duplicated, illegal, or breaches the rules below.

You must not submit or promote a channel that:

• is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity;
• is pornographic or sexually explicit;
• contains sexual content involving minors, or any non-consensual sexual content;
• harasses, threatens or incites violence against people or groups;
• distributes malware, phishing links, or attempts to defraud people;
• promotes financial scams, guaranteed-return schemes, or pump-and-dump groups;
• infringes someone else’s intellectual property or impersonates someone.

You grant us permission to display what you submit in the directory and in search results.

Figures we show

Follower counts and the verified mark are read from each channel’s own public page and shown with the date they were read. We do not estimate or adjust them, and we cannot guarantee they are current.

Featured placements

Featured placement is a paid promotional slot. It rotates between paying channels and we do not guarantee a position, impressions, clicks or growth. Payments are processed by Heleket in cryptocurrency. A placement runs for the period you paid for from when it goes live.

If we do not feature a channel you have paid for, we refund you. That covers a channel we reject and one we remove before its period is up. Crypto payments are not reversible, so a refund is sent back manually; contact us with the order reference.

Removal requests

A channel owner can ask for their channel to be removed through our contact form. Once we have checked the request comes from the channel’s owner, we remove the listing.

What we do not promise

The directory is provided as-is. We review a listing once, before it appears; we do not monitor what a channel posts afterwards. If a channel has changed, tell us and we will look again. We may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a channel you found through the directory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
